Photographer, Ai Artist & Visual Director

Oliver Gast is an award-winning photographer, AI artist and visual director whose work explores the evolving relationship between photography, film and artificial intelligence.

Working across advertising, automotive, lifestyle, architecture and editorial, he creates visually striking narratives where craftsmanship meets emerging technology. His practice combines photography, motion, cinematic storytelling and generative AI to produce images that blur the boundaries between reality and imagination.

Rather than treating AI as a replacement for photography, Oliver sees it as a creative extension of the visual process. Every project is built on the same foundation: strong concepts, authentic emotion, meticulous execution and a distinctive visual language.

Over the past two decades, Oliver has collaborated with international brands, agencies and production companies on commercial campaigns, editorial commissions and visual productions. His experience has also led him to work as both photographer and judge on internationally recognized television productions, including Germany’s Next Topmodel, Million Dollar Shootingstar and Austria’s Next Topmodel.

Today, Oliver leads a hybrid creative practice, producing photography, motion and AI-driven visual experiences for brands, Filmsets, agencies and productions worldwide.

Oliver is based in Vienna and Munich.
